1. SCC or Site COFRASE CABARET is a limited liability company with a capital of 10.000 € located 61, rue de La Santé 75013 - Paris, France. SCC runs two web sites repectively cofrase-cabarets.com and cofrase.com/cabarets

2. The General Conditions of Sales are those of the order N° 94-490 of June15, 1994 applying the law N° 92-645 of July 13, 1992.

3. Descriptions, photos
Descriptions and photos are displayed on our websites with the authorization of the cabarets, as an indication of the services provided. They are not contractual and do not bind SCC. Nevertheless we are keen on improving the exactness of the informations displayed, therefore we will study and analyse any claim or suggestion that should be submitted with the greatest attention.

4. Payment - Prices
4.1.Any booking is subject to prepayment of a deposit or of a full payment. No reservation will be accepted as long as the deposit or full payment will not have been collected by SCC. The prices displayed are not contractual.
4.2. Only prices that were confirmed after the reservation request are binding SCC.If extra services are ordered during the show they will have to be settled on the spot.
4.3 In return to his/her payment, the client receives a voucher that will have to be shown at the reception of the cabaret on the day of the booking. The voucher contains all necessary details of the booking, particularly the amount of the deposit received and the balance remaining due.

4.4. If required, the client will receive a bill.

5. Reservation process

6. Cancellation or Modification.
The cancellation of a partly or fully prepaid reservation will not be refunded in case of cancellation or modification. This clause also applies in the case of the reduction of the number of people of a reservation already completed.

7. Confidentiality.
SCC makes it possible to secure the communication over the Internet of your credit card data's. We keep these confidential informations temporarily and they are deleted after usage. Shoud a further reservation be required by the same person or company for a given service, the credit card data's must then be supplied anew.

8. Dispute or litigation.
With a legal entity the Commercial Court of Paris (Tribunal de Commerce ) will be competent.
