with extra virgin olive oil juice


Tornados of roast veal braised with small vegetables
accompagnied by its macaroni  gratin with essence of truffles


Paradis à la Folie, sauce anglaise


Coffe and assorted sweets

Fine wine of Bordeaux during the dinner
 Champagne "brut" at will during all evening

Croissants, coffee and tea will be served around 4 a.m
